USI : Graphic Design Instructor

The Art Department at the University of Southern Indiana is accepting applications for an instructor in Graphic Design, beginning August 2015. This temporary position is for the 2015-2016 academic year.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong background in graphic design and interactive web design as well as a broad knowledge of design issues and practices. We seek a teacher with excellent communication skills who is actively engaged in creative work. Responsibilities include teaching all levels of graphic design and web design and participating in department service. Preferred requirements are: MFA in Graphic Design or related area and a professional portfolio. College-level teaching experience beyond the TA level is preferred.
