Starring none less than Walter Koenig (from the original STAR TREK series) and Bruce Campbell, who's acting his way very inappropriately through this film, like if he was convinced he was doing another EVIL DEAD film. Walter Koenig and Bruce Campbell are both amazing and the absolute worst. Dialogue is stiff though and the pacing is way too rushed at times, overall the script and editing needed just a little bit more work. Ragsdale's story is not only beyond the film's resources, but probably beyond Dyke's abilities as a director, but it's damn fun watching them put their all into it anyways with low grade special effects, a cast of unknown supporting actors and ridiculously obvious miniatures. God, I was an idiotic teenager who'd like anything with a monster in it (and Bruce Campbell for that matter).
