Customer service is so poor. Offered no help whatsoever so I'll warn future customers not to bother! I have tried to call them again to no avail. I paid premium delivery for an item of clothing. I told him, ok, on that case, let me pay in pounds, with today's change rate that would be 22.08 euros plus 21% VAT = 26.71 euros. All rights reserved. Good website, just make sure you don't need to return anything, I bought a yoga mat and never received it.Upon inquiry,was told that my order does not exist.I feel robbed as they took my money. I feel they play and secure customers. They sent me wrong and cheaper trainers and here the answer: Customer care is disgusting. This Brand is un trustable I bought Brand new bicycle Muodyfox today from Sportsdirect Czech Republic - Prague Letnany, when we arrived home we discovered that the back tire Bearing (mechanical) is damaged and It makes a very annoying sound, we came back to them after few hours, they didn't accept to return it, they said we must put it in service and waiting for results 30 days! Other similar items were out of stock, so I went for the more expensive item instead, just because it said it was in stock. I ordred two items off sports direct never recieved a confirmation email I contacted there customer service via email was told they would reply to me within 3 working days it has been seven working days and still nothing. Really wish I’d read reviews before ordering. I outlined that I had already sent two emails, one 2.5 hours after placing the order to cancel. I wish i had of read the reviews before ordering but I thought Sports Direct was a reputable company. Don't buy there, they will screw up, and they have no way to contact them to sort it! I am a front like worker I was not home for over 30days to check if my items had arrived. Did not receive my orders after waiting a month for them. My son ordered a top and was send a different style but same brand. I wrote 6-7 emails regarding it, most of which got completly ignored! We’re in this together! !I placed an order online on Sunday 4th Oct 2020 at (apporx) 15.30. Really happy with my order my socks are perfect and so are my Skechers trainers, Very efficient service, was delighted with my order, Delivered on time. Once my credit note is used I would be very reluctant to buy anything from this company again. When you order stuff just when you forget you ordered from this company it arrives. When you order from Sports Direct, free delivery isn't a standard option. They are cowboys.! I received an email from Customer Services that the order could not be cancelled as it was placed and confirmed. This is my second time to write a review about my terrible experience with this disgraceful company.I paid for a jacket and two other items.The jacket was NOT included in the delivery.They asked me to provide images of the package I received .I did so 5 times and they are still looking into it and not giving me any answers.There is no phone number to call no effective email response .They have stole my money and they cannot explain why this has happened or when it will be resolved.I have never dealt with such a badly organised company ever.I am now seeking legal advice over the matter and will if the matter is not resolved satisfactorily notify An Garda Siochana.I will not let this company away with ripping me off .I have read other reviews and this type of treatment of its customers seems to be quite common for these people.I will never ever buy another item from this disgraceful horrible company that obviously do not care about its customers .If you are considering buying anything from this disgraceful company I would appeal to you to shop elsewhereThey are a nightmare AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID. Customer service agent was fine, obviously just giving the company line which is "like it or lump it" Reluctantly accepted refund but their attitude was terrible, happy to take your money but couldn't give a damn about customer service. SportsDirect also ranks 64th among Sporting Goods Other sites. I’ve no use for a voucher at all as I don’t intend to ever deal with this company ever again.Asked for supervisor and keep getting same reply that it’s voucher only.Legal steps will follow!! I now have a Credt Note which I decided to use online and collect goods instore. Sending a mail they try to get away with it, sending a wrong slipper and they did not refund me for the postage. If this store does not, it would be wise to wear the socks you plan to use with the boots when trying them on. Can't beat Sports Direct prices for the stuff they sell but I do think their delivery prices are a bit steep. I didn't check the currency symbol on the price tag, as far as I know, we are not in the UK since 1922, our currency is euro, no british pounds. They refused to acknowledge my complaint and wouldn’t extend their return timeframe when I was quarantined due to Covid.
